Our

Mico Henderson store is a busy branch, with a beautiful showroom and providing trade solutions to a loyal trade customer base, including plumbers, home builders & renovators and the local business sector.

Mico New Zealand is a top supplier of plumbing and bathroom products to the trade, retail and commercial sectors, with 69 branches and around 550 employees throughout New Zealand.

The role


Reporting to the Branch Manager, you'll be joining the team in our Henderson branch in an Inventory Control role which will have some additional variety of including a bit of Inwards Goods, Counter Sales and even occasional delivery driving.

The nature of a small team is that you'll learn a bit of everything, which is a great way to progress.

If you're successful, we would provide additional training including teaching you all you need to know about our systems and processes and getting you your forklift licence (if you don't already have one).

You'd get product and systems training right from the start, and support from the experienced team around you.

This is a permanent, fulltime role working Mondays to Fridays plus rostered Saturday mornings.

About you


To shine in this role, you'll bring a cheerful customer-focused attitude and strong work ethic to the business and be prepared to work closely and cooperatively with the rest of our team.

The ability to build rapport and relationships and work collaboratively with your teammates should be your strength, You'll have strong attention-to-detail skills and you'll be great with numbers and IT savvy, too.

Experience in a sales or retail environment would stand you in good stead for this role, but your attitude and interest in our industry is what matters.


While we would prefer you to have your full licence, a restricted is fine as long as you are an experienced and confident driver.
