About the role
With a there is a new opportunity to join the QA Production team as a Quality Assurance Specialist.

Permanent role with Afternoon Shift hours pm, working Mon-Fri with the occasional opportunity to work extra hours on a Saturday.


This team works within our manufacturing plant, alongside the Production team to ensure our customer's products comply with global quality standards.

Your day will be kept busy with line clearances and in-process quality checks as well as reviewing batch documents.

As a member of the Quality department, you will also provide guidance and best practice advice on quality and GMP matters to the Production, Supply Chain, Engineering and Technical departments especially when investigations or changes arise.

In addition, you will be actively involved in the review and approval of wider site documentation such as specifications, instructions, and SOPs to name a few.


About you


We are therefore looking for a proactive, team player that has had experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment, ideally pharmaceuticals or similar.

This experience would also be paired with a relevant tertiary qualification.

As a role model of Quality, you will be committed to delivering a high level of internal customer service through effective forms of communication across the site.


Your background, experience and attributes will include:

  • Strong time management skills with an eye for detail
  • Confident decision making in resolution of quality issues with an understanding of escalation processes.
  • Excellent communication including written, verbal, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Solutions focused problem solving skills and ability to follow tasks through to completion.
  • Ability to take initiative when it comes to continuous improvement projects.
