You'll play a key role across the Organisational Development function and help team members deliver our services to internal and external stakeholders.

This role has two focus areas.

You'll ensure that our systems and technology are set up correctly to achieve our goals, actively supporting all internal and external stakeholders and proactively improve the way we use technology to deliver learning.


In addition, you will be responsible for administering our education certificate programmes and Professional Development Recognition Programme, as well as provide project and administrative support for the OD team.

mōu| About you**We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised support person who can collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders to deliver multiple programmes of work simultaneously.

You will enjoy setting up and streamlining processes, optimising the use of technology with the end user in mind. You will be an effective and confident communicator who enjoys building collaborative relationships. You'll have experience providing administrative support to a team that has multiple workstreams, projects and priorities.

You will also bring:

  • Experience within a Learning and Development, and or Education environment
  • LMS administration experience
  • Experience as a superuser of a digital platform/enterprise system that included administering, training, and supporting users, and assisting with configuration and improvements
  • Proven track record of enhancing processes using technology in an advanced way
  • Proven experience using MS Teams and MS Office at an intermediate advanced level
