The HR Administrator holds a pivotal role within the People Team, acting as the cornerstone of our human resources operations.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for both staff and line managers, embodying the face of the People function.

Their responsibilities are diverse and crucial, including managing the People inbox, supporting our in-house payroll process and administering all employee documentation with precision and confidentiality.


The HR Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the team through every element of the employee life cycle, from onboarding new hires to assisting with employee development and transitions.

The comprehensive support ensures that our people processes run smoothly and efficiently, contributing significantly to the overall satisfaction and well-being of our employees.

Your day-to-day...

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team across all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
  • Coordinate and manage all onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and contractors.
  • Prepare employment contracts, letters, new employee packs and conduct all relevant new employment checks such as references, police checks and other AML compliance.
  • Provide accurate information to internal stakeholders in a timely manner addressing HR queries and escalating when appropriate.
  • Monitor the HR inbox, responding to queries and delegating to appropriate team members.
  • Provide support to our Payroll Supervisor by managing payroll supporting evidence and processing employment changes within the payroll system.
  • Coordinate processes, documents and records for employee movements and changes.

What you'll bring...

  • Previous experience working within an HR and/or Payroll function and/or similar administration and customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills with a strength in tailoring to different audiences.
  • Exposure to HR tools such as payroll, onboarding systems, CV check and similar.
  • Ability to work independently but also to actively engage with the wider team to ensure initiatives are embedded as well as fit for purpose.
