About the role


In this role, you will be joining the award winning DSO team, reporting to our DSO Engineering Manager, you will help to realise our ambition of becoming a Distribution System Operator (DSO).

The role involves working on regulatory assets planning, as well as assisting customers connecting DERs to the network.

You will manage the DSO planning function, advanced network planning strategy development, and innovative non-network solution design; and assist in delivering DSO projects to accelerate our transformation to a future service model.


About you

We are looking for someone who has:

  • A Bachelor of Engineering degree or equivalent tertiary degree
  • At least four years' relevant industry experience in system planning, modelling and solution study
  • Experience in engineering design and project delivery
  • A passion for new technology and innovation.


We would love it if you already have had some experience working with Distributed Energy Resources (DER) and new technology.


It is vital that you bring a collaborative approach to problem solving and sharing knowledge as well as a holistic and proactive approach to safety, health, and wellbeing in your work.
