About the Role:

We're looking for a Marketing Manager who is equal parts creative and analytical to be responsible for our marketing operations.

This is a role for someone with a strong background in branding and strategy, who is comfortable with the digital landscape.

You will manage a small team of marketers and collaborate with across product and publishing teams to develop the branding and organic marketing for our portfolio of products.


The Marketing Manager's responsibilities include:

  • Managing product marketers and collaborating with graphics, video, community, advertising, and product teams to develop and deliver gotomarket campaigns and ongoing promotional activities
  • Budget planning, seeking stakeholder feedback, and reporting on learnings and successes
  • Communicating with external parties including platform account managers, press agencies, and influencers
  • Briefing, testing, and iterating on product branding assets (static and video), in collaboration with our visual development and cinematics teams, always seeking to improve product KPIs and support other publishing team functions

Requirements:

  • Experience in mobile/video game marketing, marketing, or product management developing marketing calendars and roadmaps
  • Proactive problem solving, developing strategies based on the needs and KPIs of different products
  • Curiosity to understand the holistic needs of the studio and how the marketing team can best deliver on those needs
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently across multiple deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including strong copy and content writing capabilities and experience writing creative briefs
  • Familiarity with strong graphic design and video editing, and able to communicate marketing's needs for those assets
  • Ability to coordinate a group of personnel within the parameters of a given exercise, and a willingness to mentor, support and inspire others
  • Able to escalate personnel issues as appropriate
  • Ability to handle sensitive/confidential issues
  • Strong drive to achieving quality output and outcomes
  • A positive 'cando' attitude, great work ethic and strong sense of initiative
