This role will have responsibility for the full programme test and acceptance regime, and operational oversight of all testing process and the execution throughout the lifecycle of development projects across all test phases at a programme level

Capgemini Testing Service Line provides Testing and related Environment/DevOps services to various financial clients.

This service produces clearly identifiable results, notably the reduction in the cost of software development and maintenance by up to 30%, enhanced quality levels, improved time to market, and importantly mitigation of technical and business risks.

**Let's talk about your capability and experience: - Experience working in large programmes

  • Who is proficient in Test Management techniques principles, methods, techniques, and tools for the effective management of the testing process
  • Has strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage with clients at all levels of an organisation.
  • A strong track record of dealing with Senior Leadership Teams which include a mix of technical and business people
  • Experience working with modern tech stack hosted on cloud platforms, involving multiple internal and external vendors in a microservice architecture
  • Experience in test management in waterfall and Agile methodologies
New Zealand Citizens and Permanent residents will be prioritised for this role as it is for an immediate start.
