Get the future you want.For more about why Capgemini, visit here.Let’s talk about the role and responsibilities:This role will have responsibility for the full programme test and acceptance regime, and operational oversight of all testing processes and the execution throughout the lifecycle of development projects across all test phases at a programme level.Building up and leading the Testing Team. Defining the strategy and scope of testing within the context of each release/delivery.Experienced Functional and Strategic Leadership.Managing resources for testing.Applying the appropriate test measurements and metrics in the product and the Testing Team.Planning, deploying and managing the testing effort.Broad experience across the discipline.Undertakes and leads development of solutions for complex problems. Guides and teaches others.An experienced Test professional who drives business outcomes.Let's talk about the team:Capgemini Testing Service Line provides Testing and related Environment/DevOps services to various financial clients.
