The ERP Test Manager will be a highly experienced Test Manager with experience in ERP Implementation Projects, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365. The key focus of their role will be the responsibility for driving and delivering Testing both at a management level and hands on, as required.

The ERP Test Manager will be a key role in the ERP Transformation Project tasked with transforming operational complexity to a single, global, integrated, source of truth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To review the ERP Test Strategy and create plans and standards for the Test activities aligned with the ERP Implementation plan.
- To manage successful completion of all preparation activities and resources to complete the agreed Test phases as agreed in the ERP Test Strategy, eg; Functional Testing, System Integration Testing, Regression Testing, Performance Testing, Roles/access Testing and User Acceptance Testing, etc, as required.
- To identify, manage and mitigate risks to delivery of Test activities and escalate to Project Management.
- To put in place Test Management and assurance processes including but not limited to; Test tools, approaches and frameworks,Test case/script, development processes aligned with user stories/acceptance criteria, Test execution processes, Test reporting processes, and the completion of the Requirements Traceability Matrix to map user requirements and benefits with Test cases/scripts.
- To manage the activities of a Test analyst to complete test activities on time with the ERP implementation plan.
- To guide and mentor Wētā FX project and business workstream leads and process owners through test activities.
- To setup and run Test Management sessions to;
- manage test activities to plan, ensure adherence to test standards and provide status reporting to Project Management, manage change, risks and deployment that may impact the test plan, manage defect triage to prioritise defects and manage defect resolution.
- Utilising expert Testing skills to be hands on to complete testing activities, as required.

**Experience & Skill-Set**:

- ERP experience preferably Dynamics 365
- Preferably previous experience using Azure Dev Ops for Test Management and reporting, Test preparation and script development and Test execution and defect management.
- In-depth understanding of ERP or software development lifecycle methodologies i.e. Waterfall or Agile with a working knowledge of agile ceremonies and artefacts.
- Other Testing tools
