Grand Millennium Auckland is looking for an enthusiastic
Guest Service Agent to join their fantastic Front Office team.

In this role you will check guests in an out, allocate rooms, promote hotel facilities and handle daily cashiering.

Resolving billing queries and guest complaints is also part of the job, so we are looking for someone with poise who can remain professional under pressure.

This is a full time role and some weekend/evening shifts will be required. Hourly rate between $23.50 and $25.50.
