We have an exciting opportunity for
1 x part time and
1 x full time Valet Parking attendants to join the team at Westfield Newmarket.

This living destination is considered one of our premium assets and has set a new benchmark as a world-class retail and lifestyle destination.

The centre showcases a compelling mix of local and international fashion designers, new-to-market brands as well as some of the most well-known fashion brands in NZ and Australia, solidifying Westfield Newmarket as the "home of luxury" for NZ.


Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Providing assistance, directions and information to customers in a busy retail environment
  • Assisting with parking vehicles coming through valet
  • Opening car doors and assisting guests alighting from their vehicle
  • Ensuring our customers are left with an amazing experience when entering and leaving the centre
  • Being empowered to rectify and resolve customer issues that may arise

You will be able to demonstrate:

  • Previous work experience in a customer facing role ideally from hotel or guest services
  • Experience interacting with customers from all backgrounds and an ability to achieve a high level of service that consistently meets and exceeds the expectations of our customers
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible availability to work multiple shifts in a week (Sun
  • Thurs full days for full time and Mon / Tues / Fri / Sat full days for the parttime position).
Please note, a
full manual driver's license is required to be successful in this role.
