What you'll be involved in
You'll be involved in every area of the HR generalist remit.

Key work includes providing day to day first line HR advice and guidance, playing a support role through ER cases and change programmes, drafting employment contracts, supporting the development of new policies, plus a range of HR admin.

This HR team has a collaborative and cohesive approach, so they are based together in the office each day. That's what works around here, so you'll be happy to come in each day too. This means you will learn from listening, get involved in all areas of the HR remit and thrive

Skills and experience you'll bring
You love working at pace and can adapt your style to suit a wide range of stakeholders.

Your strong communication and relationship building skills will set you up for success, as will your strong customer service focus.

You already have a good working knowledge of NZ employment legislation and have drafted employment contracts and letters.

You've ideally been involved in refreshing policies, and have exposure to change programmes and ER case management, such as taking notes in disciplinary meetings.
