Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation Specialist who excels in cold calling to join our dynamic team. This role involves engaging with businesses across various sectors, identifying their needs, and generating high-quality leads for our diverse range of product offerings.

This position will primarily focus on generating leads for 2B Connected, allowing you to see the success of your work each day as new projects commence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct calls to businesses across New Zealand and Australia.
  • Engage in conversational lead generation rather than scripted selling.
  • Understand and identify the business needs across different sectors.
  • Confidently work with various CRMs to track calls, emails, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain a positive and growth-oriented mindset while achieving lead generation targets.
  • Experience in cold calling and lead generation.
  • Familiarity with the intricacies of cold calling into businesses.
  • Ability to work with different CRMs efficiently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude with a growth mindset and the ability to adapt to various business needs.
