**Senior Mechanical Engineer - FEA and Asset Integrity**

Specializing in hydro-generation, our expertise extends to geothermal, wind generation, petrochemical, and municipal sectors. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a high-performing Senior Mechanical Engineer with extensive FEA experience to join our dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development of end-to-end innovative solutions for complex technical and digital marketing requirements.
- Conduct stress analysis, FEA crack analysis, and fatigue studies.
- Perform Fitness for Service (FFS) assessments and manage NDT service providers.
- Collaborate with regional/global peers to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
- Mentor junior architects and developers through knowledge sharing and coaching.

**About You**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s or PhD preferred).
- 7+ years of experience with advanced FEA in a relevant industry.
- Proficiency with Ansys and experience modeling in SolidWorks.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to prepare and review high-quality technical reports.
