We are looking for an inspirational Occupational Therapist ready to take their next career step into the Clinical Leader Occupational Therapy role within our Specialist Mental Health and Addiction Services. The role is responsible for leading and representing occupational therapy within our services and also focuses on strong links to the wider district, regional professional networks and mental health and addiction sector colleagues.

The successful applicant will be an effective communicator and able to work with both senior management and clinicians helping to translate strategic direction into clinical service delivery. While you provide support for four Senior Occupational Therapist roles and ensure there is an occupational therapy workforce development plan in place you will have the opportunity to broaden your own leadership skills, as well as support the development of others within the profession.

This full time role will also require input into various projects and service developments and draw on your extensive clinical knowledge and experience to ensure that the value of occupational therapy is recognised at all levels.
