So what are we looking for?

  • Make and maintain customer self-help content for IDEXX veterinary software products
  • Make and maintain staff documentation and self-help content for cross-team use
  • Form close relationships with Support, Development, Implementation, and Marketing, departments
  • Interview customers and staff to measure the impact of content on customer satisfaction and business goals
  • Regularly assess content development practices and published work to continuously improve skills
  • Convert legacy documentation to new content systems

What you will bring:

  • Experience in a technical communicator position or equivalent
  • Great technical aptitude combined with excellent practical experience of plain English
  • Experience with markup languages such as HTML & Markdown (Preferred)
  • Good proficiency with image editing apps
  • Good understanding of headless content delivery (Preferred but not essential)
  • A problem-solving, customer-centric mindset
  • Enthusiasm and drive, and delivery of great results
  • Efficient balancing of a variety of tasks
