Exciting opportunity to join the leadership team at Kari Centre, a well-established Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services team based at Greenlane Clinical Centre, Auckland.
Working in partnership with a lead clinician and the support of a clinical coordinator you will provide clinical and operational leadership to a multi-disciplinary team of clinicians.
- Full-time role (40 hours), permanent, Monday to Friday

Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
The Clinical Team Leader role has responsibility for a multidisciplinary team of mental health clinicians. The role includes both a clinical and leadership/management component, reporting to the Service Clinical Director and working collaboratively with the Operations Manager, Lead Clinicians and clinical coordinators.
The Kari Centre, an exciting and dynamic Child and Adolescent Mental Health outpatient service that provides assessment and therapy to children, young people, and their families within the central Auckland area.
The multi-disciplinary team is made up of mental health professionals from the disciplines of psychiatry, psychology, social work, occupational therapy, psychotherapy, nursing and cultural advisors. We have team members with specialist knowledge including infant mental health, neuro development, family therapy and DBT.

The position requires a self-motivated and conscientious leader with a strong clinical and service user focus. You will relish the challenges and enjoy working in a supportive environment. You will have a positive attitude, flexibility and a proven ability to form good relationships with staff, service users and their families/whanau.
You will work collaboratively at a senior clinical level with clients, colleagues, mental health service providers, and other community agencies to promote service user recovery.
A full and clean driver's license is required.
