What we're looking for:

  • Experience working with data standardization projects: In this role, you will be responsible for standardizing data practices. Previous experience working on projects involving large amounts of data will be highly advantageous.
  • Proven ability to design and develop purposebuilt change tools and interventions: If you have experience with Prosci ADKAR, we want to hear from you Your ability to create customized change solutions will help us navigate technical transformations smoothly.
  • Drafting key messages in the change process: Clear and effective communication is key to driving successful change. Your experience in crafting impactful key messages will help stakeholders understand the importance and benefits of our technical initiatives.
  • Impact assessments: Assessing the impact of changes is vital to ensure smooth transitions and minimize disruption. Your ability to conduct thorough impact assessments will be crucial in planning and executing change activities.
  • Team player and collaborator: Collaboration is at the core of our work. We need someone who can build strong relationships, work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, and drive change through teamwork and influence.
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and project lifecycle phases: Understanding project management methodologies will enable you to integrate change management activities seamlessly into project plans and ensure successful implementation.
