The opportunity


Are you a new graduate or have up to two years work experience in a People & Culture Admin role? We'd love you to join our team Ideally you will be intuitive as to what work needs to be done within the admin function without guidance.

You will be highly motivated, and detail orientated, and play a crucial role to support the team with various admin tasks.

We are a dynamic and social team, that works together to grow and develop others. There may be an opportunity to have project ownership as well.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate new hire onboarding and conduct orientations sessions to welcome new employees
  • Maintain and update employee records, with the ability to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Process payroll information and collaborate with the finance team for timely and accurate salary disbursement.
  • Handle general employee enquiries and provide necessary information.
  • Manage benefits admin, including enrolment changes, and queries.
  • Assist with organizing employee engagement activities.
  • Participate in relative projects and initiatives to support employee growth and development.

Your skills and experience:

It is essential for you to hold:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification.
  • Experience working in an HR team with exposure to HR documentation or admin.
  • Competent knowledge and understanding of the ER Act and other related employment legislation.
  • Resilient and flexible to respond to changing business needs.
  • Methodical and logical in approach with a strong attention to detail and problem solving ability.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English with the ability to clearly articulate concepts and understand nuances in a business environment.
  • Professional attitude, behaviour, demeanour and team approach.
