Our HR team is currently seeking an experienced HR Administrator who is looking for exposure to a wide range of HR admin tasks. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in leading and supporting HR projects. This is an excellent opportunity to own this space and drive process improvement across HR processes in a nationwide organisation that supports your career goals.

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage HR administrative processes and queries in accordance with legislation and company policy
  • Manage the onboarding / offboarding process within our HRIS ELMO as well as providing guidance to employees and managers on the process
  • Provide regular reporting assistance
  • Respond to general enquiries on HR matters
  • Provide support to the wider HR team

The ideal candidate:

  • Experience with systems and software including an HRIS, Office 365 Excel, Word, Teams and Sharepoint
  • High level administration skills preferable in HR.
  • Ability to anticipate potential problems/issues and proactively develop solutions
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Ability to pick up new information and systems quickly
  • Approachability and people-centered disposition
