Trimble Advanced Positioning is seeking a GNSS Corrections Support Specialist focussing on the entire lifecycle of real-time correction services, from the generation of GNSS correction data to the usage in the field.


As a GNSS Corrections Support Specialist, you will be central to our customer's success with our services and solutions, helping customers install and configure their real-time GNSS systems, train them on how to get the most out of it, and help them resolve issues if they occur either in the RTN control center or the equipment in the field.

You'll also have the opportunity to travel both domestic and internationally for customer on-boarding and on-site service.

What You Will Do

  • Technical support to address any concerns in GNSS realtime networks, supporting the RTN operator's control center or assist customers using GNSS correction services
  • System installations, customized configurations and training delivery
(onsite or via remote sessions)

  • Development of training materials and best practices documentation
  • Close collaboration and knowledge transfer amongst different functional areas
  • Provide positive customer experience and focus on customer success

What Skills and Experience and Qualifications You Should Bring

  • Degree in geodesy and/or surveying including GNSS surveying methods
  • Ability to describe complex technical facts in an understandable way
  • Fluent in English, additional language skills preferred
  • Experience in GNSS positioning preferred
  • Training and troubleshooting experience preferred
