A highly regarded consultancy specializing land development and infrastructure, this firm holds a prominent presence in both Christchurch and Auckland.

Presenting an exciting opportunity, they are currently seeking a Cadastral Surveyor to join their Christchurch team.

The Role:


This position offers a diverse range of projects, with a focus on land development, civil infrastructure, and cadastral surveying, this role invites broad exposure various projects.

The role is adaptable for either a surveying graduate or an experienced surveying technician looking to get their career moving with training and guidance through senior staff as required.

Responsibilities encompass providing cadastral surveying services, quality assurance of scheme designs, compliance certifications, planning and property assessments, as well as client liaison and active involvement in business development.


About You:

  • A suitably qualified technician with a minimum of 2 years of experience
  • Preferably Degree Qualified
  • Proficient in using GNSS/Robotic Total Station setup.
  • Experienced in 12D and AutoCAD software.
  • Possesses a solid cadastral background and proficiency in using Landonline.
  • Must have relevant New Zealand Cadastral experience.
