kōwhiringa | The Opportunity
The role of Fleet Investment Coordinator will provide full support to the fleet business, establishing strong customer and supplier relationships focused on delivering high quality results, and effective management of fleet and plant capital investment and disposal processes:
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Building Positive Relationships and Communication
- Fleet systems, JDE and asset Compliance
- Supply Network Management
- Monitor and report on all Downer Fleet assets.
- Demonstrate outstanding customer service ethic to end users and stakeholders.
- Review current processes and propose changes to reduce administration burden.
- Review supplier invoices regularly to obtain and address any inconsistencies.
- Lead by example, driving Zero Harm through operational excellence.
The primary focus and key responsibilities of this role are to create strong relationships with the fleet and plant team, our customers, and our suppliers, by providing administrative support and analysis for the ongoing capital investment in fleet and plant, and the disposal of fleet and plant assets.

- Proven track record in developing successful relationships with customers and major suppliers.
- Experience in Fleet database management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of fleet management processes.
- Familiarity with financial analysis and invoicing procedures.
