Trade Office Phone Sales / Rep Support Team Member.


Our busy Mitre 10 Mega Ferrymead trade office is looking for someone to assist with the phone sales and rep support.

Full time 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Ideally you will have some knowledge of the building industry and be in the know of the building lingo.


You must have great communication and phone skills as you are dealing with customers, suppliers & our trade reps sourcing products and placing orders.

Good computer skills are required as you are processing orders and charging out to business accounts.

Be able to problem solve and uses your initiative.

Creating quotes

Being able to multi task will also be of benefit.


This is a challenging role in a busy office where good listening and accuracy are vital skills that you will need to succeed, a driven passion to deliver the best customer service at all times.

Mitre 10 Mega is a safety conscious employer and drug testing is mandatory for all new employees.
