Day to day you will:

  • Support organisational operating model design, reimagining our clients deliver and create impact from their processes, technology, service delivery, people, governance and insights/data in the future.

  • Negotiate and deliver on client expectations.

What you'll bring to the team:

  • Minimum 7 years experience in Management Consulting working across multiple sectors, ideally with strategy, customer and/or operating model experience.
  • Consulting experience in a similar environment (preferred).
  • A strong understanding of how operating models are influenced by and interact with, business strategy and business models.
  • Knowledge of digital operating model trends, drivers and exemplars.
  • Demonstrable track record of building lasting client relationships, winning new business and developing existing business.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring junior team members.
  • An ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with project teams.
  • A 'cando' attitude and a strong sense of ownership to get the job done in a practical and pragmatic fashion.
  • Excellent problem solving abilities.
  • Business development experience.
  • An ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Proven written and oral communications skills and strong interpersonal skills
