At Entain Australia and New Zealand, as we're on the lookout for a dynamic and enthusiastic Promotions Coordinator. You’ll play a key role in the daily execution and oversight of TAB's promotional activities on the TAB website and TAB App.

As the Promotions Coordinator, you'll be the driving force behind the fulfilment and maintenance of promotional offers across various channels while providing robust support to our dynamic customer team. You’ll work hand in hand with the Promotions Team Lead. Together, you'll strategize and analyse promotions that create the perfect stage for unparalleled excitement, captivating audiences across the thrilling worlds of sports and racing.

**Your day-to-day...**
- Provide crucial support to the promotional team by actively participating in the planning, execution, and monitoring of promotional marketing initiatives.
- Contribute to the fulfilment of all promotions, ensuring seamless and accurate implementation.
- Play a key role in updating promotional offers on the website and app, ensuring a dynamic and engaging customer experience.
- Ensure the accurate representation of promotions across all channels, collaborating closely with the promotions team for comprehensive visibility.
- Assist the contact centre in addressing any promotional queries, contributing to exceptional customer service.

**You're a match if you**
- Possess a minimum of NCEA level 3 education as a foundation for the role.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of both sports and racing, providing a broad knowledge base.
- Showcase previous experience in roles where a high level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail were imperative.
- Exhibit confidence in proposing innovative ideas and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Work seamlessly as part of a collaborative team, demonstrating effective interpersonal skills and a cooperative mindset.
