A construction career at Ryman is different from the average. The size, scale and complexity of our projects match any in the industry. They include a full range of spaces from multi-story apartments, hospitals, cafes, swimming pools, townhouses and everything in between, with build values ranging from $100 - $300 million across the length of our projects, which typically take 2 to 5 years

**What will you do?**

We are seeking an experienced, site based Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team at Riccarton You will build positive relationships with our team members and contractors on site to ensure all work is being delivered to the highest standard.
Key responsibilities include:

- Ensuring that all Quality Assurance documentation and processes are kept up to date and accurate
- Administrating and coordinating Quality Assurance systems on site, as well as conducting audits on subcontractors and suppliers
- Monitoring and assisting staff and subcontractors using our Quality Assurance system, as well as training teams on the system
- Updating and amending system checklists and procedures in our Quality Assurance system
- Liasing with the site based Project Manager and Foreman to ensure Quality Assurance is being updated regularly and the system is being used correctly
- Regular reporting on the status of on-site Quality Assurance progress
