You will be a highly motivated academic, or a practitioner with relevant professional experience who wishes to move into academia.

At Lecturer level you should demonstrate the promise of high-quality teaching and research, or equivalent professional experience. At Senior Lecturer level you should have a proven record of high-quality research and teaching, or equivalent professional experience.

At Associate Professor level you should have an international research reputation, a proven record in effective teaching and leadership experience.

You will work well within diverse cultural environments, as well as provide a positive contribution to the administration of the school and the University more generally.
