Programme Manager - Data Management and Information Delivery

Who are you?

  • You'll be competent in facilitating change and have good experience formulating and rolling out strategic workplans and facilitating priorities with senior leadership. You thrive on, and can build, meaningful relationships with your teams, stakeholders, and senior leaders across a range of MSD networks.
  • You'll be innovative and strategic driven, contribute outside of your area, challenge current thinking, anticipate future issues and help teams deliver quality influential work on time

You will bring us your proven strengths in:

  • Ensure alignment of activities and effective prioritisation across the Data and Information Delivery Group's work programme
  • Facilitates good practice in action across all programmes through the timely provision of services to agile teams e.g. planning, risk and retrospectives
  • Clarifies roles and responsibilities for delivery of the work programme with our Scrum Leads to effectively and efficiently allocate the use of DMaID capability to achieve the Ministry's priorities
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with recipients of DMaID services with a focus on understanding requirements, collaboratively negotiating priorities, and clear and transparent communication throughout
  • Demonstrate active and facilitative leadership, management, and coordination of designated work streams
  • Leadership skills and ability to make effective judgements, prioritise conflicting demands and resolve major issues
