What You'll Do:
- Act as a key point of contact for client and intermediated enquiries, ensuring smooth policy processing transactions.
- Contribute to strategies that drive customer retention and growth, enhancing the customer experience.
- Provide timely and accurate policy and underwriting advice to colleagues, supporting efficient processing and credit control.
- Assist with policy processing and credit control tasks as needed.
- Support the training of new employees to ensure a smooth transition and growth within the team.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in the insurance industry, ideally with a background in commercial or rural insurance and working with intermediaries
- Familiarity with Solvit and Committ systems
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Coaching and training experience
- A collaborative and solution-focused mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
