ABOUT THE ROLE - NGĀ ĀHUATANGA O TE TŪRANGA

We are looking for an experienced customer service professional to join our helpful, multi-tasking customer support team. In this frontline position you will act as the first point of contact to our community and visitors alike to provide them with comprehensive, objective, and accurate information regarding what makes our District such a special place to be. Most of the time you will be based at our hub in the heart of Taupō, but you'll also jump in to help at other offices across the district. In this part-time position (26.5 hours per week), you'll be working to a roster that will include weekend and public holiday work.

You will need to be customer-focused with a friendly and professional approach and be able to work well under pressure. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their exceptional customer service skills and can relate well to others.
