Client Portfolio Mortgage Adviser

We are looking for a Client Portfolio Adviser to take ownership of an existing portfolio of clients—supporting them through the full mortgage lifecycle and helping them build long-term property equity and investment confidence.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on service excellence, enjoys guiding clients over many years, and is personally interested in property investment themselves. Rather than sales targets, your success will be measured by client outcomes, retention, growth, and the quality of the relationships you build.

You'll step into a warm portfolio, backed by proven investment frameworks, a high-performing adviser team, and deep industry expertise.

What You'll Do

As a Client Portfolio Adviser, you will be entrusted with a set portfolio of clients who are already on their property journey. Your focus will be to:

Deliver Exceptional Client Service

• Provide proactive annual reviews and ongoing check-ins.
• Help clients understand their equity position and future borrowing potential.
• Identify opportunities for refinancing, restructuring, and long-term investment strategy.

Guide Clients Through the Mortgage Lifecycle

Unlike a traditional sales role, your performance will be tied to portfolio health, satisfaction, retention, and strategic client movement—not cold prospecting.

Ideal Attributes

• Interest in property investing (your own journey matters).
• Strong customer service background—banking, financial services, or advisory preferred.
• Confident explaining financial concepts in a clear, calm, methodical way.
• High personal standards, organised, and committed to follow-through.
• Willingness to learn our frameworks and continuously develop professionally.
• Level 5 Financial Services Certificate is great but not essential—we can support the right person.
