Are you eager to start your journey in the financial industry and work your way up to becoming a successful Mortgage Adviser?
We are looking for a driven individual to join our team as a Mortgage Advisory Associate.
This role is ideal for someone who is 1 year away from becoming a Mortgage Adviser (we have high standards) and is eager to learn (our ways) and grow with the industry.
We are seeking someone with a strong sales background, a passion for property investment, and a positive attitude with a mindset for continuous learning.
You'll have the opportunity to work and learn from some of New Zealand's leading mortgage advisers and gain invaluable experience on your path to success.
Success in this role will be measured by your ability to build a solid client base and contribute to the team's overall performance.
We have seen advisers build a successful book of business within a year.
With diligence, commitment, and following our established approach, you'll have the chance to advance to a senior role, earning $250,000 or more, while leveraging our investment framework, vast expertise and connections to develop your own property portfolio and generate passive income.

Qualifications:
- Working towards or open to candidates without Level 5 Financial Services Certificate.
- Strong interest in sales and property investment.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the mortgage industry.
Expectations:
- You will support Senior Advisers by prospecting warm leads, assisting with client meetings, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Engage in continuous learning and take initiative in solving problems.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure clients receive the best possible service.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, commitment to excellence, and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
- Be open to feedback and willing to adapt and improve in a fast-paced environment.
- Take responsibility for personal development, staying updated on industry trends, and pursuing relevant certifications if not already completed.
