What You'll Do

As a Mortgage Adviser, you'll build lasting client relationships while guiding people through one of the most important financial decisions of their lives.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building, nurturing, and maintaining strong client and lender relationships
• Delivering tailored mortgage solutions that meet the diverse needs of clients
• Preparing and submitting mortgage applications through our CRM
• Collaborating with internal and external partners (banks, brokers, solicitors) to facilitate seamless lending experiences
• Ensuring high accuracy, attention to detail, and ethical practice in all dealings
• Contribute to the team's overall performance.

What You'll Need

You will be liaising with people from all walks of life on a regular basis so it's important that you flourish in a customer focused environment and are willing to go the extra mile for your clients.

We're looking for someone who is self-motivated and client-focused, with:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant financial qualification (NZ Certificate in Financial Services – Level 5 or equivalent) is required
• Lending experience (current or former bank employees welcome)
• A proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets
• The ability to speak Mandarin is a plus
• Proactive, results-oriented, and client-centric approach
• Strong analytical, numerical, and ethical judgment.
