About the Role
Based at our Invercargill office, the Project Business Analyst is a 12-month fixed-term position supporting the successful implementation of our new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. You'll have the opportunity to influence decisions and ensure the CRM solution meets real business needs.
Reporting to the Project Owner and working closely with the Project Manager, this is a key role in ensuring the CRM project delivers real value to the business. You'll evaluate current processes, gather and document requirements, and work closely with stakeholders to design and implement solutions that improve customer engagement and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and document business processes impacted by the CRM implementation.
- Gather, validate, and manage requirements to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to support CRM adoption.
- Assess change impacts and develop transition plans for end-users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver process improvements.
- Provide regular reporting and ensure effective operational handover.
About You
Our ideal candidate will bring:
- Experience in business analysis, process improvement, or change management, ideally with CRM or similar system implementations.
- Qualifications in Business Analysis and/or Change Management.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
- Proficiency in process mapping tools and methodologies.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent analytical skills.
