About the Role

We're looking for a creative and highly organised Marketing Design & Content Coordinator to join our Global Marketing Team. In this role, you'll help shape the visual storytelling of New Zealand's most celebrated Super Premium wine brands. You'll design, coordinate, and deliver a wide range of marketing materials that bring our brands to life across local and international markets.

What You'll Do

  • Be the key marketing contact for our sales teams, collaborating across departments to deliver effective, on-brand marketing solutions.
  • Design and produce high-quality retail point-of-sale, presentation, and promotional materials in line with brand guidelines.
  • Manage projects from concept through to production, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Liaise with creative agencies, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to bring marketing initiatives to fruition.
  • Apply your strong organisational and project management skills to juggle multiple priorities with precision.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven design experience within a consumer-branded goods environment (FMCG, beverage, or lifestyle industry preferred).
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and other Creative Suite tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong project management and communication skills.
  • Experience supporting sales or trade marketing teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset and a passion for premium brands.
  • A tertiary qualification in design, marketing, or communications is preferred.
