About The Role
This role blends compliance and advisory work, offering a platform for an experienced accountant to lead, mentor, and advise across diverse client portfolios. With a focus on strategy, process improvement, and profitability, this is ideal for someone commercially astute who enjoys client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare financial statements, forecasts, KPIs, and business plans for a variety of entities.
  • Review compliance work completed by onshore and offshore teams.
  • Provide confident tax advice and guidance to clients.
  • Oversee accounting systems, workflows, and process improvements.
  • Manage multiple client projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Be the key contact point for client communications and requirements.
  • Lead, coach, and support a team of advisors and consultants.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • 4+ years' experience in a medium to large CA environment.
  • Proven experience with Xero and relevant add-ons.
  • Strong client-facing skills with a commercial mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High-level technical competence in accounting and tax.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage workload autonomously.
  • A collaborative mindset and a positive, dynamic personality.
