Sales Consultant

The Role

The role of flooring sales consultant catering to the residential market is a pivotal role for The Flooring Centre team. You will consult directly with our clients from our state-of-the-art Christchurch showroom.

You will draw on your solid background in sales and your extensive flooring expertise, to provide quality interior design and floorcovering consultations that ensure sales are achieved from your interactions.

You will possess excellent communication skills and a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service.

As a member of our awesome team, you will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure your success. You will have access to our extensive product knowledge and the latest trends in flooring, allowing you to confidently guide our customers through their purchasing decisions.

• A strong background in flooring coupled with a passion for sales.
• Excellent inter-personal skills – ability to build a rapport with others.
• A high calibre, committed individual who can communicate effectively at all levels.
• Sound computer skills and ability to up-skill on various software.
• Must be customer focused to ensure excellence in service and enjoys working as part of a team to achieve results.
