This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a specialist orthodontic practice. We are looking for a new patient superstar to join our friendly team as a Treatment Coordinator.
About the RoleAs our first impressions specialist, you'll guide new patients through their smile journey from first enquiry to starting treatment. You'll make patients feel comfortable, confident, and well-informed every step of the way.
Your main focus will be treatment coordinating presenting treatment plans, discussing payment options, and showcasing the quality of care we provide while also supporting reception as needed.
This is a role where no two days are the same. You'll blend customer service, organisation, and genuine care to ensure every patient leaves with a smile (and wants to come back).
Key Responsibilities- Respond to new patient enquiries and WOW them with your warm, professional service.
- Build trust with patients and confidently guide them through treatment options and finances.
- Conduct engaging and informative new patient consultations.
- Drive Practice Growth. Maintain our CRM, follow up on every lead, and be genuinely excited about meeting targets while helping the business grow.
- Assist with reception duties, answering calls, booking appointments, and processing payments.
- Support marketing and community engagement initiatives.
- Spend time in the clinic to understand orthodontic treatments and communicate them clearly to patients.
We're looking for someone who is:
- Confident, organised, and thrives in a people-focused role.
- Naturally warm and empathetic, with excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable discussing prices and payment plans.
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to new systems.
- Curious and always asking "why" and "how" to improve.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through. Show us your attention to detail, answer this question in your cover letter "What has to be broken before you can use it?"
- Experienced in dental, reception, sales, or customer service (bonus if you've worked in orthodontics).
