At Trevelyan's, our people are at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for a highly organised and relationship-focused Harvest Coordinator & TMO Administrator to support our harvest planning and compliance activities across kiwifruit and pollen operations.
This role sits at the centre of harvest operations and works closely with growers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure harvest plans run smoothly, safely, and compliantly, and also supporting Trevelyan's Managed Orchards (TMO) with compliance requirements and administration.
Mō Tēnei Tūranga Mahi | About the Role
Reporting to the Harvest Manager, you'll coordinate harvest scheduling, contractor engagement, and pre-harvest administration while supporting TMO compliance requirements. You'll ensure accurate information flows between growers, contractors, packhouse operations, and audit teams.
This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role requiring strong coordination, communication, and attention to detail.
Your mahi will include:
- Coordinating harvest plans for kiwifruit and pollen across the season
- Liaising daily with growers, contractors, Grower Services, Lab, EDI, and Operations
- Supporting contractor onboarding and compliance, including CAVs and system setup
- Developing, updating, and maintaining daily harvest schedules
- Prioritising clearances-to-pick with Lab and Grower Services
- Scheduling contractors in line with pick and production plans
- Communicating bin totals, orchard progress, and plan changes to key teams
- Supporting audit processes and covering audit coordination when required
- Assisting with TMO compliance activities and Global GAP requirements
- Supporting seasonal contractor events and orchard field days

You'll bring:
- Coordination or scheduling experience
- Strong computer and systems skills, including Microsoft Office
- Experience using Teams and industry systems such as Freshpack and Tatou (preferred)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-management ability
- Exceptional multitasking and time-management skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
