Our client is one of New Zealand’s market leaders in post-harvest services. They provide top-tier service to clients across Northland, Central Bay of Plenty, Eastern Bay of Plenty, Coromandel and Waikato.

In this role you will part of our client’s HR team supporting the HR Business Partner and providing HR and H&S administration and coordination support for two business units.

Key responsibilities include:

- Being the first positive point of contact for all recruitment and HR enquiries related to seasonal staff and provide support with HR and H&S related activities, including recruitment, payroll and timekeeping, ensuring up to date and accurate data and records
- Providing effective H&S compliance support, along with some HR support -ensuring all compliance activities required, including audits and injury management, are completed to company standards

**Qualifications**
- at least two years in a H&S focused role, and some exposure to HR related administration ideally being involved with high volume recruitment and/or compliance audits and having a working knowledge of H&S and/or HR legislation and compliance best practice.
- Computer literacy including competency using Microsoft Office products and ideally H&S and/or HR systems.
- Well developed communication and interpersonal skills, and an ease working with people at all levels within the business
- **Strong organisational and time management skills
- Flexibility and adaptability,
- Professionalism, confidentiality and discretion always being maintained.

**Additional Information**
