Location: FILTEC Office, 102A Carbine Road, Mt Wellington, Auckland

Hours: 16 hours per week (flexible to suit your study schedule)

Student Role - Office Admin Support

We are looking for a motivated student who can work 16 hours per week (flexible hours, so you can fit this around your studies)

What you'll be doing:

  • Reception duties – First contact for all visitors the Auckland based Head Office, ensuring positive first experience with Filtec.
  • Office management for 102A Carbine Road – Oversee the general upkeep and smooth operation of the office, including ordering and maintaining office supplies and stationery.
  • Travel bookings – Assist with travel and accommodation bookings for the business
  • Onboarding and induction – Support the onboarding process for new employees by preparing induction materials, scheduling meetings, and coordinating setup activities.
  • Event management and catering – Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and catering arrangements, including morning teas and departmental lunches.
  • IT Support: Coordinating with our IT provider for issues/ticket resolution and ensuring smooth operation of office technology and equipment.
  • Fleet Management: Responsible for RUCs and registration management of vehicles and managing fuel cards
  • General Administrative Support: Provide additional office and administrative assistance as required to support the wider business operations.
