We're on the lookout for a confident and detail-driven Quantity Surveyor with 3–5 years' experience in measuring, calculating, and tendering for civil earthworks and drainage projects.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll play a key role in ensuring our projects are accurately costed, competitively priced, and delivered efficiently. Your day will include:

  • Completing detailed take-offs and accurate quantity measurements
  • Reading and interpreting complex civil and drainage drawings
  • Pricing and tender preparation for earthworks and infrastructure projects
  • Reviewing and understanding geotechnical reports to inform pricing decisions
  • Collaborating with engineers and clients to find practical, cost-effective solutions
  • Applying your knowledge across residential, commercial, and drainage projects
  • Referencing and working with the Regional Infrastructure Technical Specification (RITS)

Your Toolkit

  • Software skills:

  • Intermediate to expert in Microsoft Excel

  • Able to read AutoCAD drawings
  • Confident using PDF Exchange Editor for accurate measurements
  • Experience with project scheduling software (e.g. or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
