We're growing our pool of civil operators and skilled labourers for projects across Waikatowe want to hear from you

We're looking for people with experience in civil construction, including:

  • Operators: Roller, Digger (including GPS), Grader, Loader, Scraper, and Compactor operators, Moxies, Class 4 & 5 Truck Drivers. These roles will require to be on the rake or spade when needed.
  • Skilled Labourers: Confident on the tools, happy to shovel, spot, and lend a hand where needed — and able to jump on a machine when required

What we're after:

  • A keen, can-do attitude — you take pride in a hard day's work
  • Reliability — you turn up when you say you will, every time
  • Integrity — you look out for your team and do what's right on site
  • Previous civil or earthworks experience (preferred, but not essential for the right attitude)
  • Current tickets or licences for machinery (bonus)
  • Class 1 Minimum, WTR,CLASS 2,4,5 Ideal.
