We're seeking labourers and skilled civil workers with experience in earthworks, drainage, subdivisions, pump stations, and heavy machine operation experience to join our thriving Hamilton Team. - Execute a variety of civil construction tasks including but not limited to excavation, grading, paving, concrete work, and utility installation.
- Interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate execution of construction activities.
- Operate heavy machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Class 2-4 license would be an advantage
- WTR
- Certification or training in civil engineering, construction technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in civil construction with a focus on roads, highways, infrastructure, or similar projects.
- Proficiency in operating a variety of construction machinery and equipment.
- Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and safety practices.
