We're looking for a Business Support Administrator to join a busy marketing and sales support team. This role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating events, and maintaining CRM and marketing systems to ensure seamless daily operations.

  • Temporary position starting this week
  • 1 month at this stage, with potential for extension
  • Location: Mount Wellington

Responsibilities

  • Respond to daily sales and marketing enquiries
  • Log cases and create contacts in CRM systems
  • Coordinate events and send confirmation/reminder emails
  • Prepare promotional materials (posters, e-flyers) using templates
  • Generate attendance lists and QR codes for trainings
  • Update attendance records and maintain event calendars
  • Monitor stock levels of marketing materials
  • Manage marketing requests submitted via forms (JotForm)
  • Create and update website content as required
  • Order marketing materials and merchandise
  • Support marketing logistics such as arranging event supplies and merchandising
  • Handle purchase orders and credit card reconciliations for sales and marketing teams
  • Assist with marketing campaigns, including reminders for expiry and outreach emails
  • Coordinate event logistics such as booking venues, catering, and sound systems

About You

  • Previous experience in administration or support roles preferred
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 or similar CRM systems a plus
  • Excellent communication and time management abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic website editing
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
