**About the Role
The Design Lab team in our Christchurch HQ has an outstanding opportunity for a Junior Graphic/Digital Designer. This junior role will suit a talented graphic designer with a strong digital portfolio and some working experience who is looking to step up into a more challenging role.

You will be working within a busy team of designers who enjoy working on a wide variety of different projects from print through to digital media. You will be provided with clear art direction, and many opportunities to grow your skills.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Creating print assetsShooting and processing outstanding video and photos

**About You
A talented Graphic/Digital Designer you will have:

- Great creativity and problem-solving skills
- Some experience from a previous design role
- A healthy design curiosity, and passion for delivering amazing visual experiences
- Strong layout skills and a passion for illustration, and typography
- The ability to work as a collaborative team member
- Fantastic verbal and written communication skills
- A conscientious, organised approach to your work and an eye for detail
- A good knowledge of software like Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, InDesign, Figma, and Microsoft OfficeSome experience with content management systems such as HubSpot would be desirable
