About Us

At DollarDealers and Gold House, we're on a mission to revolutionize the pawnbroker industry and become Australasia's largest independent pawnbroker Bold, ambitious, and constantly growing, we need a rockstar Admin/Personal Assistant who can step in when needed to help us power through tasks and keep things running smoothly

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the right-hand support to our General Manager and Operations Manager with high-level admin duties.
  • Keep the wheels turning by handling day-to-day administrative tasks like a pro.
  • Take charge of ordering goods and ensuring the head office team is always well-stocked.
  • Plan travel like a pro—booking flights, accommodations, and making sure every trip is hassle-free.
  • Be the glue that keeps departments working seamlessly together—teamwork makes the dream work
  • Help keep everything running smoothly—this is the behind-the-scenes role that makes it all happen

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Admin Assistant, Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Organizational wizard with the ability to juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat.
  • Excellent communicator, both in writing and in person.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Independent worker who thrives with autonomy, but knows how to work as a team.
  • Problem solver with an eagle eye for detail.
  • A vault of confidentiality—discretion is key
  • Proactive, positive, and ready to take on any challenge with a "can-do" attitude.
