As a Personal Assistant at KPMG, you'll be the trusted right hand to our Partners and wider client facing division; helping them focus on what they do best while you orchestrate the details behind the scenes. • This is a 12-month fixed term role.

• • Manage complex diaries and coordinate meetings with precision.
• Organise travel arrangements and ensure every detail is seamless.
• Prepare high-quality documents, presentations, and reports.
• Support events and projects that keep our business moving forward.
• Collaborate with the wider Business Support team to deliver exceptional service.
• Act as a key liaison for stakeholders, ensuring communication flows effortlessly.

• • Proven experience in administrative or executive support roles.
• Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication abilities and a professional demeanour.
• Tech-savvy skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools.
• A proactive, solutions-focused attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Master of multi-tasking with a eye for detail and knack for anticipating needs before they arise.
