Now we're looking for a new leader to shape the next era of Kiwi sports entertainment.

As the Sport Entertainment Manager, you'll lead and deliver Sky Sport's entertainment slate across linear, digital and social platforms. You'll bring a clear creative and entertainment-focused vision, strong editorial judgment and the ability to turn great ideas into compelling viewing from The Crowd Goes Wild and League Lounge with Shaun Johnson to new, audience first formats still to be imagined.

This role blends creative direction, talent leadership and commercial collaboration to grow engagement and strengthen Sky Sport's cultural connection.

Key responsibilities will include:

· Shape Sky Sport's entertainment identity and ensure every story reflects our humour, diversity, and national spirit

· Commission and produce entertainment content that delivers impact across multiple platforms

· Coach and develop creative and on-air talent to perform at their best

· Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture with clear goals and feedback

· Partner with marketing, rights, and sponsorship teams to enhance reach and revenue

NGĀ PŪKENGA ME NGĀ WHEAKO I WHAT YOU WILL BRING

· 10+ years in sports or entertainment content leadership, including live or multiplatform formats

· Proven success creating audience-first, story-driven programming

· Strong editorial and creative judgment with a knack for humour, tone and timing

· Experience guiding and inspiriting diverse creative teams

· Commercial understanding of branded content and sponsorship integration

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills

· Familiarity with Te Ao Maori is a plus
